My cousin, who lives in Kentucky, made arrangements with a Kentucky florist shop, who contracted with "What in Carnation Auburn", for flowers to be delivered to my grandmother for her 85th birthday in Opelika. The agreement was that the flowers were to be delivered on Saturday (6/15), and a call was supposed to be made prior to delivery. The flowers were not delivered on Saturday as promised. When contacted Monday morning to complain, the delivery driver lied and said "that the flowers were delivered to my home at 3:15 p.m., and they were stolen from my porch since I live in a bad neighborhood." Lies! My neighborhood has homes 300k+. My home also has cameras to prove that no delivery was made that day! . The Kentucky florist made every effort to correct What in Carnation Auburn's dishonesty and poor customer service. Finally, with Kentucky's help, the birthday flowers were delivered on Tuesday, three days later. Dishonesty that made this experience horrible! 0 STARS!
