I ordered an arrangement well over 24 hours ago to be delivered to Knoxville, TN. The website makes it seem that there is an actual shop there. Someone called me out of the blue this morning to let me know it was on the delivery truck and would be delivered by noon. It’s 7 now, they are closed and flowers weren’t delivered! However....they didn’t waste time taking the $106 (for a dozen roses) out of my account!!

Scam!! They are not a local florist and I did not receive what I ordered

This place sucks!!  They are not local and I did not receive the flowers I ordered, do not order from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid! Will charge for order but not deliver!

Placed an order online for next day delivery.  Received confirmation of delivery but when checked with my mom how she liked them a few days later she said they never came?!  I called the number listed was told sorry but able to deliver next day after like 3 please holds I said forget it and issue refund!  Still waiting day 4 for that.  Now I email and response is asking for my order number and contact billing.  Ahem I already included that on the email I sent you?!  Told sorry & will issue refund again.  I asked my credit card company to help investigate at least to get my $60 back.  What a waste of time and money and for the receiver who was looking forward to receive them.  Very disappointed!!

Horrible!!!

This is a scam!! Do not buy from them. You pay more than they show on their website and do not get what you ordered. This is NOT a local family owned business! It’s a scam!

Ripped Off: Flowers were NOT delivered

1) Flowers were NOT delivered.2) Following day got no response as to why from customer service. Said they would call back the next day.3) Never called back so I called them 3 times and got put on hold each time.4) Had to call American Express to reverse charges.5) Spent hours on the phone with customer service and got no response.Date of experience: October 27, 2022

Do not use Patricia's Petals

Do not use Patricia's Petals. On the website it looks like they are a local florist, but they are a national chain. I ordered some flowers and a box of chocolates for my wife's birthday while she was visiting another state. The chocolates were not delivered. At first I was told that the driver forgot to pull the package from the truck and that I would be refunded the cost. I then tried to see if they could make another delivery of just the  chocolate. i was told that was impossible, that they had no chocolates  in stock. I am 1800 miles away and I wanted to give some chocolates to my wife for her birthday. This is beyond the abilities of Patricia's Petals. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Don’t recommend!

I ordered Roses with tiny white flowers in a white pitcher. What was delivered was some Roses in a bunch of greens to hold the Roses up, looked straggly. When I told them about it I was told they can change it how they want because it’s in their policy. Would never buy from here again and would never recommend!

poor customer service, poor communicaiton, and website does not reflect what is true

Very poor customer service, Website has information about delivery, and this was not accurate. Website says delivery will be on same day if order placed by 2 pM, When I placed order, it would be 2 days before  delivery was available. I spoke with t5 customer service agents before someone responded, The manger did not get back to me as discussed. Birthday flowers will not arrive on time. I will never use again, and i do not recommend their services. The manager did not listen and I was so dissatisfied and disappointed too. I recommend that people use other florists in the area.

Horrable Experience!!!

Don't ever go with this business.  I should've googled them before ordering.  They called me when it was already almost 4pm where my daughter was and tells me that they won't be able to deliver my order.  I asked if they could find someone else to fulfill the order, even if it's not flowers and a large balloon bouquet.  Nothing!!!  This was my daughter's 21st birthday and I am miles away from her.  She ended up getting nothing for a day that was supposed to be filled with surprises and celebration.After searching on-line, it appears that this business is a hoax.  They are not within communities, it's like a virtual store that finds local florists to make the arrangements for them so your order never looks exactly like what is shown online.  This business should be shut down!!!  Everyone get the word out!!  Dishonest businesses should not be patronized!!

DECEIVES YOU ON EVERYTHING!!!

I THOUGHT I was ordering from this long time family owned LOCAL florist in Port Arthur, TX but I don't know where the order started from. The flowers my sick friend received wasn't ANYTHING like the order I placed.  Not the vase, flowers or even the bow NOTHING.  For $80 I got the generic vase, 3 yellow roses, some white flowers & purple looking weeds.  I ordered the Country Sunshine (go look it up) yellow vase, red roses, yellow and purple flowers.  Bright & cheery.  I would attach the picture here but it won't let me.  After sending an email with a picture to show how WAY off they were on my order I received an email back basically saying to bad.  They said their "policy" says they can substitute ANY AND EVERYTHING SINGLE THING on your order if the exact thing isn't available and we don't have notify you.  I have had some things changed on orders because of availability but NOT every single thing. BEWARE...be very beware of them.

epic fail

The flowers I ordered for my mother's birthday weren't delivered. The woman said it was because they didn't have any fresh flowers----then you shouldn't have taken my order or my money. She asked if I would mind having them delivered another day...of course NOT, my mother's birthday is today not tomorrow. Very poor business practice. Very disappointed. Now my mother didn't get anything for her birthday. By the way, I had to call them about it. They didn't even contact me about the problem.

NOT A LOCAL COMPANY

Ordered funeral flowers for a co-worker who had 20 years of service.  We ordered a large spray to be delivered on Saturday (the 5th of Feb) because Sunday delivery (1st day of viewing) was not an option.  Flowers ordered on Thursday and NO ISSUES were communicated until the day they were supposed to be delivered.  Flowers were NEVER delivered by this company....who even claimed to be sitting in a shop in the town the funeral home was in.  This is FALSE!  This is a company based out of New York and has such a bad reputation (according to REAL flower shops) that florists do not take work from them!  DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS....ESPECIALLY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT THEM TO ARRIVE....from this company!  If I could give them NEGATIVE stars.....that would be a better option!

PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER FLORIST FOR YOUR ORDER

I order from an anniversary arrangement for my wife a week or so before our anniversary, but the delivery never made it.  I received a call from them letting me know the day of delivery that they were not able deliver the arrangement due to supply chain issues.  This should of been relayed to me well before the day of delivery so that I could of made other arrangements.  Instead it was too late!  Terrible company.

Be Warned

I ordered a bouquet I saw on their website. It stated that delivery was Free.  The arrangement was all in purples, purple cubic vase, distinctive.  As an interior designer I wanted something special.  Imagine my shock when the recipient sent me a photo of clear glass vase with 5 pink roses and some ferns.  Truly as ordinary and pedestrian as a grocery store bouquet for only $80 plus dollars.  I contacted them and they said they have the right to substitute.  No one called to tell me so that I might change my selection.  They did bother to call me to clarify an address but nothing about actual bouquet.  At that time I asked why an extra charge of $15.95, as shipping was ”free”.  After stumbling around she had no answer.  I should have canceled then.  They are scammers and substituted cheap flowers.

SCAM --NEVER USE THIS FLORIST

I ordered two PREMIUM floor baskets for my daughter's funeral.  The arrangements that arrived were no where near the dimensions stated on the website.  I did not have an issue with the container or substitution of flowers, but object to receiving a product that was 20 inches high-17 inches wide and did not contain a PREMIUM amount of flowers, (based on the website pictures) The website description states:"Details: o Good bouquet is approximately 28"H x 33"W o Better bouquet is approximately 30"H x 36"W"Also, I did not buy the "BETTER" bouquet--I bought the PREMIUM bouquet.Their solution was to refund me a portion of my payment.   This does not help with the fact that I will not have the ordered arrangement for the funeral, but I would not have paid even a reduced price for these arrangements.

Cancelled order

Frustrated with their service.  Called to have flowers delivered to someone in hospital-needed to get them there today, did it on the phone to make sure there would be no issues and I could get a verbal guarantee that they would get there today.  Placed order which came to a lot more than I had anticipated.  (picked $49 dollar bouquet and ended up with the total coming out to $80-which seemed like an extreme markup.  Then after processing and hanging up-within 5 minutes I get a call saying they have no supply of flowers, cannot complete my order and I will be reimbursed in 3-5 business days?!!!  Why wasn't the person on.the.phone. able to tell me that BEFORE they charged me $80 that won't be returned immediately?  will not use or recommend them again.

Totally a scam

This business is misrepresented as being local as to whatever area the plant is being delivered.  The plant we ordered was about a third of the size for which we paid.  The sales person, Joann, told us the plant would be 32" high.  The plant delivered was table-top size, but we were charged for the larger plant.  They use a substitution policy to get around their deception.  If a smaller plant was substituted, then the price for the smaller plant should have been charged, since there were different sizes listed as being available.  The Better Business Bureau has been informed and I am contacting the Attorney General's office as this business appears to operate in a fraudulent manner.  I wish I had read the reviews on the BBB website before placing an order with this business.

Terrible Experience.

This is one of the worst companies I've experienced. I placed an order and they claimed I didn't put in the address, but I know I did. I never received any verification, so I called to confirm everything was ok, they checked and responded that it was good to go. I got a call hours later saying that they didn't have the address, but it was there, and I gave them the address again. It was supposed to be same day delivery but they bumped it to the next day. The next day they asked for the address again saying they didn't have it and then hours later called to cancel with no option for other arrangements. They said they would refund me and I am still waiting for me refund. None of the employees I spoke with on the phone spoke decent English. This company seems like a scam.
