Jim and Betty Ryan founded Oroville Flower Shop in 1951. Jim Smith purchased the business from them in the 1970s and sold it to his daughter Julie Jackson in 1998. She is the current owner, and she employs three full-time designers and one full-time delivery driver. Because this is a family business, we may be closed for holidays so that we can spend time with our families away from work.
